⚓ How to Unlock Fleets
Reach Level 150
You must be max level (as of early 2026 cap) to begin your journey as a Fleet Commander.
Find Edward Kenton
Locate the legendary explorer Edward Kenton on the Silverhold or Redwake docks.
Complete "Becoming a Commander"
Finish his questline which involves sinking 3 Reinforced Pirate Ships and paying a 20,000 Gallon fee to register your fleet.
📈 Managing Your Empire
Once you have a fleet, you need to manage it effectively to generate passive income (Drachma) and rare items.
Recruiting Captains
Plunder & Patrol
Best for: Drachma & Renown
Your fleet patrols trade routes, sinking pirate ships. Low risk, steady gold income.
Cargo Trading
Best for: Spices & Materials
Automated trading between islands. Essential for upgrading your clan base.
Dark Sea Expedition
Best for: Rare items & Scrolls
High risk. Requires Brig ships with high stability. Can return with Dark Sealed Chests.
🏝️ Clan Wars & Territory
Owning an island is the pinnacle of Empire Building. Conquering an island grants your clan 25% tax revenue from all shop purchases on that island.
Declaring War
Go to a claimed island and interact with the flag. This initiates a 15-minute Capture Zone event. You must hold the zone against the defending clan.
